you refuse the breath test, refuse the sobriety test, and just let the cops arrest you under their own suspicion. Are you required to take these tests and if not will they have enough evidence to convict you if you really did not appear to be driving all that bad? I know you will lose you license for a year but could you beat the dwi charge or atleast have enough leverage for a lawyer to get a very good deal?
